Advanced graphic development interface configuration xjtag for circuit board under test
XJ developer is a graphical tool for simple and fast installation and testing. In the manufacturing process, XJ developer can shorten the time to market by reusing the script written in the product design.
An embedded connectivity test, combined with non JTAG xjease, checks the short circuit and open circuit fault of the circuit board. With XJ developer, you can easily create or customize tests. Through DFT analysis, you can check the test coverage of the circuit board, and the built-in network Table Browser provides a simple interface to check the connectivity between devices.
Xjddeveloper can be used for programming between JTAG devices (such as CPLD, FPGA) and non JTAG devices (such as EEPROM, flash).

Advanced connectivity testing
As part of the script, a proprietary connection test can run on the board. By using the knowledge of the characteristics of the devices on the board and the internal connection relationship, xjtag can achieve higher test accuracy than other JTAG systems. Through the status of the monitor file, xjtag can also provide more information about the location and precise characteristics of any fault found. In addition, some clickable links are included in the output information, so that the fault can be easily displayed in the layout viewer.
Xjease -- flexible, advanced, test description language
It has all the advantages and flexibility of a programming language, such as loop, variable and flow control, which can be used to describe the test of devices and circuits. Under the control of xjease program, by generating the required test sequence, xjtag can easily implement complex tests that other JTAG systems cannot.
Xjdebug is a command-line interface of xjease, which includes a traditional style debugger, which can realize:
Single step operation;
Set or delete breakpoints;
Check and set variable values;
Record the interaction results with the hardware for later playback.
Device centric - Reusable testing
You do not need to know the basic knowledge of JTAG to create an XJ developer test system. All device test scripts written with xjease are independent of specific devices under test. These test scripts are based on the perspective view of the device, setting the level level of a designated pin of the device. After running the test, the status of all pins is a predetermined result. Then xjtag uses their knowledge of the circuit to create the corresponding test sequence. This means that the development of test scripts for a device is completed, and these scripts can be used on any circuit board without any additional work.
Testing and programming non JTAG devices
XJ developer can be used to test and program non JTAG devices, including flash, ram, FIFO array, IIC device, SPI device and network controller.
Free device test library
Installing the xjease library includes testing thousands of devices, including flash and other device programming examples. Even if the user has never used xjtag, it is possible to build a complete test project without additional programming.
If you can't find your specific device files, you can download the files of similar devices and make some changes to meet the requirements. At the same time, we will also provide services in this area to meet the requirements of users.
No need to understand the working mechanism of JTAG
If you have to create your tests, XJ developer can also make your work easier. Xjease has abstracted the details of creating test vectors and implementing these tests when testing devices, which means developing tests for non JTAG devices is simple and fast.
Xjdeveloper will check whether the device pins to be tested are on the network accessible to JTAG devices, and the JTAG device pins must be audible from the control to access the correct network.

Multi board test
Testing multiple boards is as easy as testing a single board. As long as the network table is provided to xjtag and the interconnection of these boards is told, other matters will be handled by the running engine of xjtag.
Operation test
Test scripts can be run directly from within XJ developer. Of course, you can run test scripts in other ways as needed.
Xjrunner is a solution designed for production and service environments, which includes additional log, sequence code and user management functions. It has two versions of command line and graphical interface to integrate xjtag with other test systems.
