P Series

Flow series is a device to control the resistance value of ultra pure water and electricity by using the "hollow fiber membrane" developed by DIC to supplement carbon dioxide. The P series can be installed on EIA compliant brackets. 1AP type is standard machine, the connection part is fully clean specification, 2AP type is optional, which can correspond to the fully clean specification.
